Haad uut aastat!!

That's "Happy New Year!" in Estonian.

They must have just three seasons in Estonia because he's dressed for winter, she's dressed for spring and the kitty looks like he's ready for summer.

Meeeeee tooo.

Happy New Year everybody!

Happy New Year to you as well! I am hoping for warmer weather. It is in the mid 30s-40s here, I think. I am a wimp when it comes to cold!!

I don't mind the cold. I just miss the daylight. Maybe we're only getting an extra minute or two of daylight a day but Gawd, it makes such a difference.

It is going to be 13 here tonight in coastal Connecticut. On top of a little 4 inch covering of snow today. I am staying put and celebrating in my cozy house. But love to live vicariously;) Happy New Year!

Kate-can't wait to get the photo! :-)

Mental-It's only getting down to the 20s here but I'm spending my New Year's the SAME way. At home. Yesterday when I was in a bookstore, I picked up a copy of Thoreau's Walden. I can't believe I have never read it. That's what I'm going to be doing once I finish yakking on the phone.

Happy New Year you two! :-)
